TikTok Repost Cleaner is a Chrome extension that hides or dims reposted TikTok videos while the user browses TikTok on the web.

This extension runs locally in the user's browser. It does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit personal user data to any server.

We do not collect personally identifiable information, health information, financial information, authentication information, personal communications, location data, web history, user activity, or website content.

Chrome Storage

The extension uses Chrome storage only to save extension preferences, such as whether the filter is enabled, whether reposts should be hidden or dimmed, and whether a badge should be shown.

TikTok Page Access

The extension requests access to https://www.tiktok.com/* so it can read visible page content in the user's browser and hide or dim reposted video cards. This processing happens locally in the browser and is not sent to us or any third party.

Remote Code

The extension does not use remote code. All JavaScript, CSS, and assets are included inside the extension package.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties. We do not use user data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose. We do not use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
